Ok, we know that the world is for or against the health care bill. The world has and always will be for or against something, someone, facts, and opinions....it's just the way it is. But "good" health care is not something that should be given to those who can afford it, it is necessary for our existence.
Is paying taxes fair? No, it never has been fair and it is a topic that would take a decade to finish discussing but in short...We pay taxes to work an underpaid job and on everything we buy and own, but we have little, if any, say so in how the money is used. Because of this, we are in economic downfall as we speak from years of allowing our government to misuse our tax dollars. But we have become complacent with simply complaining and carrying on with the policies that have made the rich richer and the poor poorer. Now that policies are coming forth that will change this, many are upset. Are you upset due to greed? Because if so.... nothing you have is yours, it is the Lord's.
The USA has been sinking into a hole since Bush was in office, and we are now nearing the end of our first year with our new President and things are still shaky. Unemployment is still at an all time high and the assistance needed by millions isn't there. Our livelihood is based on a system that has a factory that presses up money and make it the primary tool for survival. We must work for money to pay for the things that are naturally a work of God. Seems that the poor are suppose to starve, live in poverty, and be without health care while the rich vacation year round. And we call this one nation under God more like everyman for himself and God for us all.

The Green Evolution is on the rise but isn't it a few decades too late??? We have yet to depend on the natural sources of energy and fuel that were placed here by the Creator. We would rather take the costly and health declining alternatives to life. Did it just occur that sugar cane and corn is a source in the production of ethanol or that solar panels and wind generators can produce energy??? Of course not, we have been aware that the sun was a source energy forever, but we have become complacent with the so-called "man made ways of living."
We have been ran by a government that would rather spend trillions on a war than to invest into solutions that would reduce cost and provide healthlier alternatives to our living and mobility.
Hello blog community!!! Interesting isn't it---how hard it is for our government to help out tax paying citizens in this time of economic crunch. Insane it is that we work and pay taxes so that CEOs and other top collars of the companies that employ us can receive million dollar bonuses and take extravagant trips, while in turn the government soaks up the ticket with a bail out plan. So what happened to bailing out the citizens who deserve it, why is this such a hard decision?? The government bailed out companies and the companies laid off workers. So what happens now??? Do we as citizens simply continue to crumble as survival gets tougher, be homeless because we are unable to prevent foreclosure, endure the lost of friends and family members due to suicide, or do we stand behind "CHANGE." Change is not an overnight conquerable obstacle, but it can direct us as a country back up the ladder of comfortable living.
Many are upset, others are happy about the jury's decision to send O.J. Simpson to jail. O.J. was sentenced to no less than 9 years and up to 33 years in prison for his actions in a Las Vegas hotel room on September 13, 2007. He was found guilty by the jury and sentenced by Judge Jackie Glass, who repetitively acknowledged that her decision was not based on Mr. Simpson's 1995 acquittal in the murder case of Simpson's ex-wife and her boyfriend. The Goldmans' were more than happy with the decision, a point that was made clear by the Goldmans during a news interview after the court proceedings. O.J. Simpson is now a 61-year old man, how much time will he spend in prison? We do not know. Is this karma for O.J.? We do not know. What we do know is that O.J. committed a crime by taking weapons and an entourage to recover items that belonged to him. So O.J. will spend the next 9 to 33 years in prison for robbing someone of his own belongings. This could have been handled differently and all could have been avoided. Though it's all totally INSANE and a case of pure stupidity to me!!!
Amazingly, America has more than other countries, but lacks in giving to American citizens. Hurricane Wilma hit Cancun, Mexico in 2005 and Cancun has stood rebuilt and fully operating again since 2006. This is a great accomplishment considering that Hurricane Katrina destroyed the Gulf Coast, New Orleans, and affected surrounding areas in 2005, and New Orleans and the Gulf Coast still remain "ghost towns." America has time to cost America billions of dollars fighting a senseless war, millions of dollars to pay oil executives and professional athletes, but not a second of time or any money to contribute to rebuliding the livelihood of the American citizens' affected by this event. Seems logical? Not at all, just typical America.
